Zeiss Axioscope 5

The Zeiss Axioscope 5 is a clinical microscope instrument that transmits light via an LED source which is focused via standard objectives (10X, 20X, 40X, 50X and 100X). A phase contrast ring is included in addition to standard use in brightfield mode. The Axiocam 208 color camera is attached via a specific adaptor for image capture using either the onboard camera software or via use of an alternative image capturing software (e.g. ZenLite).
