The Access 2 is an in vitro diagnostic device used for the quantitative, semi-quantitative, or qualitative determination of various analyte concentrations found in human body fluids. The Access 2 is a convenient bench-top sized instrument that is able to run up to 100 tests per hour, load up to 60 samples at one time, and perform STAT and automatic reflex testing. The Access 2 uses chemiluminescent detection and magnetic particle separation technology.
