The Agilent TapeStation system offers automated sample processing of ScreenTape applications for DNA and RNA making sample quality control (QC) within next-generation sequencing (NGS) and biobank workflows easier and more economical than ever. It is intended to separate nucleic acids by means of electrophoresis. The system detects: fluorescently stained double stranded DNA including genomic DNA and cfDNA, and fluorescently stained total RNA (eukaryotic and prokaryotic). Up to 16 samples can be processed per run.
